Safety
You shouldn’t have to choose between productivity and safety.

To maintain connectivity in a manner that is safe and efficient, we have modified all shuttle operating procedures in full alignment with the health and safety guidance set forth by the District of Columbia Department of Health (DOH) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

We also monitor the policies of local public transit agencies as well as peer organizations to review and determine best practices within the transportation industry.

Shuttle program operating procedures are informed by Department of Health safety guidelines
While some of the precautions put in place at the beginning of the pandemic have been removed, others have remained in force. We clearly communicate our expectations to employees, subcontractors and passengers using policy bulletins, driver checklists and shuttle signage.
Mandatory Face Masks

All passengers are required to wear a mask covering the nose and mouth when riding shuttles. Drivers are also required to wear face coverings.

Disinfection Policy

Frequent cleaning and use of hand sanitizer are essential duties for drivers. Drivers are equipped with anti-viral and anti-bacterial disinfectant spray, gloves, towels and hand sanitizer. Cleaning takes place at the beginning and end of each shift.

WE CONTINUE TO KEEP OUR COMMUNITY OF EMPLOYEES, CLIENTS AND PARTNERS INFORMED AS POLICIES AND PROCEDURES CONTINUE TO EVOLVE.
