Safety
You shouldn’t have to choose between productivity and safety.
To maintain connectivity in a manner that is safe and efficient, we have modified all shuttle operating procedures in full alignment with the health and safety guidance set forth by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and the District of Columbia Department of Health (DOH).
We also monitor the policies of local public transit agencies as well as peer organizations to review and determine best practices within the transportation industry. All shuttle program operating procedures are informed by CDC health and safety guidelines.

- Through regular surveys provided in a variety of formats, both paper and electronic, we obtain direct feedback from riders as well as transportation managers.
- On passenger surveys, our service consistently achieves ratings of “Excellent” in the areas of vehicle cleanliness, on-time departures, driver appearance and friendliness.
- On contract performance evaluations, contracting officers and corporate managers have rated our service no less than 5-stars in the areas of: quality of services, timeliness of performance, cost control, business relations and customer satisfaction.
