Our Signature Approach

Safety

To deliver reliable and efficient transportation services while maintaining a strong focus on safety, we regularly evaluate and enhance our shuttle operating procedures in accordance with established regulatory guidance and transportation safety standards.
We continuously monitor policies and practices across local public transit agencies and peer organizations to assess emerging best practices. All shuttle program operating procedures are informed by recognized industry standards and designed to support safe, consistent, and dependable operations.
Consistent 5-STAR Ratings
- Through regular surveys provided in a variety of formats, both paper and electronic, we obtain direct feedback from riders as well as transportation managers.
- On passenger surveys, our service consistently achieves ratings of “Excellent” in the areas of vehicle cleanliness, on-time departures, driver appearance and friendliness.
- On contract performance evaluations, contracting officers and corporate managers have rated our service no less than 5-stars in the areas of: quality of services, timeliness of performance, cost control, business relations and customer satisfaction.
Certifications
Our company qualifies as a woman-owned small business enterprise, as defined by U.S. Small Business Administration standards, and is eligible for certification through local and federal contracting programs designed to expand access to qualified vendors.
